From Sorrento you can reach Capri by hydrofoil or by ferry, and either way the journey time is about 30 minutes.
You can only reach the island from Positano, Amalfi and Ischia during the high season (April to October). The hydrofoil route from Ischia and Positano takes about 45 minutes, or about 75 minutes from Amalfi. It is not possible to leave from Positano in bad weather, in which case you would need to get to Sorrento, which is about 45 minutes away by car.
You probably won’t need your car since the island is ideal for walking, but if you really can’t manage without it please remember that cars are not allowed here during high season (April to October). If you board in Naples we recommend leaving your car in the authorised car park on the Beverello pier. If you board in Sorrento we suggest you leave your car in the Marina Piccola car park.
The bus station is located at the exit to the port on the right. Please notify us of your arrival time and a member of staff will wait for you at the Due Golfi bus stop. Tickets can be purchased on board the bus at a cost of €2.50 per person.
The funicular railway is located opposite the port. In just a few minutes it takes you to the charming Piazzetta, which is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The ticket for the funicular can be purchased in the ticket office located at the exit of the port.
Once arrive at Piazzetta, turn right and continue along Via Roma and cross the bus parking area. Continuing on for about 350 m you will arrive at the “Due Golfi” Rotonda. The hotel is located to the left of the Rotonda, at the beginning of Via Mulo, the pedestrian street that leads to the Bay of Marina Piccola.

A taxi rank is located at the exit of the port. The cost to reach our hotel (Due Golfi area) ranges from € 20.00 to € 25.00, including luggage.

On arrival you can take advantage of the porter service, whereby an external partner will be responsible for taking charge of your luggage and sending it to the hotel. This service has a cost of € 12.00 for each piece of checked baggage.
